We collect the following data when you sign into a lesson/rental at our school:

• Emergency Contact Number

• Medical Information (Allergies, medical conditions and ability to swim 50m)

 

From this, your name and telephone number are used solely for the purposes of booking lessons, rescheduling lessons, and contacting you regarding payments or other lesson-based queries. Your emergency contact’s name and telephone number are only used in the extremely rare case of you being involved in an accident during the lesson. The medical information is used only by our office team and instructors to determine whether we believe it is safe for you to partake in the lesson, and whether your instructor needs to know anything about any allergies or conditions you may have.
